The history of DWS Printing began well over a century ago.
The civil war was ending and the Industrial Revolution was setting the country into motion when David Weil’s Sons Lithographic Company, our ancestor company, opened for business in New York. The boom in packaged goods was escalating. The success of our clients in the food, beverage and textile industries made our success possible and fueled the rapid growth that soon placed us in a leadership position.
It was twenty years later that Charles Staib, our great-grandfather, became a principal partner. Three generations later, DWS is more viable than ever. From Manhattan to Brooklyn, to Long Island, DWS Printing has grown into the premier label and packaging company.
We are as proud of our long legacy as we are of the people that made it happen. To this day, DWS continues to push the envelope by fulfilling a label’s power to spark interest, motivate trial and foster loyalty.
History proves it. We are more than a reliable resource. We’re an invaluable and steadfast partner – ahead of the competition and behind you… every step of the way.
